Dungelot: Shattered Lands App Reviews

I really liked the first one, but theyve really gone above and beyond here. First one was a fun time waster, this one feels like a more complete game.

Nice turn based game that is fairly straightforward but keeps throwing new twists at you.

I love the first two, and decided to immediately purchase this without thinking twice. While this sequel certainly is a lot more elaborate, its painfully difficult. The addiction level is high at first, until you realize youre starting the same dungeons over and over and over relying on pure luck. It winds up being no better than a slot machine. I remember they were complaints that the first one was too easy. Now it went far in the opposite direction.

First off the move to paid is SO much better. 2nd, theres hardly any equipment to find, and the ones u do find dont show on ur character. Could have been the only quick-play rpg Id ever play. Too boring and short lived for me to keep playing. Sequel should have a ton of customization, otherwise the gameplay is amazing.

Even on enemies that say they have a 15% dodge chance, Im missing six and seven times in a row. Thats just absurd. Something is way out of whack with either the dodge mechanic or miss chance. Also, there seems to be a bug that crashes the game if you attack immediately after throwing an ice bomb.

Editors choice for a reason. Always find myself going back to play.

I was a fan of the free to play Dungelot games, so I bought this one, but I wish I hadnt. Im stuck on the third dungeon, right at the beginning of the game. No matter how many times I try, I can only get through about half the floors in either of the unlocked dungeons. Ive bought all the weapons and armor, and they do not help. Really poor game design and balance.

Ive continued to give this game a chance but it is incredibly cheap. By the time youre near a boss the game will simply hammer you with ridiculous enemies until you die. I like a challenge but this is just cheap.

Fun game that you dont have to drop 100s of dollars into to be good.

The game is a lot of fun and requires more than mindless tapping-- you have to plan for using items appropriately, which gives the game a lot of depth. Big big: if you quit the app and return to a dungeon that was in progress, your characters attack power is reduced by half until you abandon that dungeon and start over.

THE UPDATE COMPLETELY RUINED THE GAME!!! IT KICKS ME OUT BEFORE IT EVEN STARTS!!! I WAS DONE WITH THE REGULAR PART OF THE GAME, AND WAS PLAYING THE ENDLESS DUNGEON ( WAS FUN), AND NOW I CANT EVEN PLAY!!! HAD ALL THE MANSION POWER UPS, TOO!!! ZERO STARS!!! See earlier review below: DUNGELOT IS BACK!!! Loved the first game. Willing to forgive the second game because this game makes up for it. Shattered Lands is awesome in every way. Gameplay, graphics, sound, humor, battles, and all the little extras. So glad they got this series back to shining bright. First time I played Shattered Lands I lost track of time and played for several hours. I have a feeling I will be giving this game tons of hours. Speaking of that, back I go. Bye.

This game is a lot of fun, but Im experiencing a major bug (among many other small, non-enjoyment-ruining bugs) in the later dungeons of Act 3. When I try to choose a target for a spell, the game freezes completely and can only be exited via the iOS app switcher. This wouldnt be such a big deal if my gold progress was saved up until that point. But, alas, when one tries to re-enter the crashed dungeon, the gold resets to what it was before the entire attempt. Please fix!

Hitting quite a few bugs, mostly crashes. Uninstall/reinstall hasnt helped, at all. Hopefully some patches come out.

Beat it with one character, three more to go

Easiest Dungelot. Latest update made it even easier. Game is still freezing up and crashing, moreso with most recent update.

Crashes and crashes. I put up with the crashes on my 5s but after beating the horrible fort mini game it hard crashed on the 28th boss lvl wiping 30 min of progress . Im deleting this trash now. Fix your bugs.

So far minimal bugs and maximum fun. That could change but five stars for now.

Spectacular time killer while waiting for your carry-out order

I loved the first game. 2nd game I didnt like. Mostly due to the in app purchases. But now the game has been made with more to do and upgrade but with no in app. I love the game for a quick fix.

So I love this game. Love the fact that it is a dungeon crawler with a combined build for your toons. This is a game that is well worth playing. With the new patch it is even better. Give it a try and happy hunting all
