Disappointed

I was a fan of the free to play Dungelot games, so I bought this one, but I wish I hadnt. Im stuck on the third dungeon, right at the beginning of the game. No matter how many times I try, I can only get through about half the floors in either of the unlocked dungeons. Ive bought all the weapons and armor, and they do not help. Really poor game design and balance.
